Board Changes

Do to the onslaught of spam posts I have been forced to make changes to the board. Only registered members will be able to start a new thread or reply to an existing one. Guests will still be able to read the threads with the exception of the members only page, you will continue to have to log in for it.
For now I have left the Technical support and testing page open to anyone just in case someone is having problems with logging in and needs to let me know.
