Destination........Atwood Lake
On Tuesday 9-02-08 I decided I wasn't going to go in to work on Wednesday, it was just to nice out and I figured we wouldn't get many more days like this. I told Scott I was going to take tomorrow off and go riding, "he said I'm with you brother!".
So it was set....Wednesday 9-03-08 neither one of us would show up for work. Tuesday night "Big Tom" calls me to talk to me about my 1500 Vulcan electrical problem and if I got a front tire for my 1600 Vulcan yet, and if so what type of tire was I planning on getting. In the conversation I told him Scott and I were taking off Wednesday to go riding, "he said do you mine if Ron and I come along". No not at all!, so it was set...Ron, Big Tom, Scott and myself heading for Atwood Lake. We took 306 south to 43 south into Hartville (Hartville Kitchen) then took 619 east to 44 south to 172 east, this is were it gets good, at Paris we turned onto a side road....Paris Robertsville Rd. and followed it into a small town called Robertsville. Here we crossed over SR-30 and took Baywood Rd. to Robertsville Rd. which is part of the original Lincoln Hwy. which runs into the little town of Malvern. From here we took Avalon Rd. pass Lake Mowhak and crossing over SR-171 we followed Avalon Rd. to Bedrock Rd. to SR-542, Atwood Lake.

You know me, had to stop for ice cream along the way. This place is in the town of Dellroy on SR-542 that runs along Atwood Lake.

How about a tity twister Ronald, next time make sure you don't screw up our orders.
